A Message From Trilogic Systems on COVID-19

Trilogic Systems is committed to balancing the physical and economic health of our employees, customers, suppliers and community at large. While many businesses may be experiencing either closures or limited onsite operations Trilogic Systems is designated as a critical supplier to the U.S. Department of Defense and is part of the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and as such is obligated to and will remain operating under a full work schedule without exception.

During this national emergency we are available by phone, email, and video conference meetings. We will continue to support our customers and suppliers with constant communication and continue to ship and expedite products.  Most of our product line partners work on contracts in support of Essential Critical Infrastructure programs so they too fall under the DIB.  Depending on their location and the location of their suppliers they and we are experiencing delays in shipments for new purchase orders.  While we work to mitigate these delays as much as possible through additional stocking of inventory and weekly expediting actions, we strongly recommend that our customers plan their purchasing requirements with the knowledge of these extended lead times.  For new and existing projects, we are well prepared to conduct requirements and status meetings via secure video conference and secure conference calls.

While the current situation is extremely challenging, Trilogic Systems and our product line partners are well prepared to support our customers while ensuring the safety of our workforce and community.
